To all

I would like to announce a new work entitled "Doing - Thinking - Feeling: In The World." It is a 32 page pamphlet that summarizes much of "Affect Psychology" and can be seen then as a summary of my book "Knowing Your Emotions." I wrote it while doing group therapy several years ago and think it would be a good adjunct for that purpose as well as for classroom use. That said it has been my experience it has been difficult to have patients/clients look "inward" in many regards for a good while so asking or expecting people to take on reading material has been a challenge. That has just been my experience. Maybe shorter attempts offer somewhat of an answer as an introduction to speed things along.

See both works @ http://brianlynchmd.com/AT/book.html

As always it is never too late or too early to start a discussion on these or any other book listed or suggest some other book. If you note too I have started a Facebook page that might be more to your liking but you have to ask to get on board. Facebook =http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=120156811367884&ref=ts
